Tulsa Interior Slab Repairs

Our interior steel piers are an excellent way to lift and stabilize the concrete slab inside of your home or building. Piers are also used to prevent further damage and add to the integrity of your home.

When repairs may be needed:

How Perma Jack repairs these issues in your home

First, a 5 inch hole is cored in the slab, and then we hand core about 4 feet down to check for all types of lines, like water and electric. Next, a bracket is mounted above and below the slab in order to drive the steel pier into bedrock or equal load bearing strata. Once all the piers are driven a final leveling lift is performed and the piers are secured to the brackets. After everything is done, then all the holes are filled with mortar to match the level of the slab.
